Port Talbot Harriers is friendly running and multisport club which caters for all abilities. We run, cycle and swim with the emphasis on having fun.
Training sessions for running are free and everyone is welcome to come along to Port Talbot Cricket Club from 6pm for a 6:15pm start. We do not pressurise newcomers to join the club but after a few sessions we would be delighted if you chose to become a part of the club. On Saturday or Sunday morning, if there is no race, many of us head out on informal easy long runs.
