Port Talbot Harriers is friendly running and multisport club which caters for all abilities. We run, cycle and swim with the emphasis on having fun.
For those who like jumping, throwing and sprinting, we are also in division 2 of the Welsh Track and Field League. We have regular training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Training sessions are free and everyone is welcome to come along to Port Talbot Cricket Club from 6pm for a 6:15pm start. On Saturday or Sunday morning, if there is no race, many of us head out on informal easy long runs.
