Running Races

Running Championship Rules & Eligibility

• • To be Eligible to be part of the Running Club Championship you must be a fully paid-up member of Port Talbot Harriers before the race takes place. 
  • You must register Port Talbot Harriers as your club when registering for a race (the club’s name must show up on your result in order to be eligible) 
  • You must not represent another club in any of our championship races 
  • Your best 8 results will be calculated to give your final score 
  • You need to finish a minimum of 5 races to be included in the championship 

Multisport Races

Multisport Championship Rules

• • To be Eligible to be part of the Multisport Club Championship you must be a fully paid-up member of Port Talbot Harriers before the race takes place 
  • You must register Port Talbot Harriers as your club when registering for a race (the club’s name must show up on your result in order to be eligible) 
  • You must not represent another club in any of our championship races 
  • Your best 5 results will be calculated to give your final score 
  • You need to finish a minimum of 3 races to be included in the championship 

If you represent any other club after you have already accrued points for any of the individual PTH Championships ie: running, multisport & XC, your points will be zeroed and you will be removed from that individual Championships. 

The Trustees reserve the right to penalise or exclude any individual from any of the championships.
