17 athletes have been selected to represent West Wales the Welsh Inter Regional Cross Country Championships this year.
The selection race took place at the first fixture of the John H Collins Gwent XC League in Llandaff Fields, Cardiff on 15th October, a joint event with the Cardiff Cross Challenge. Hundreds of runners of all ages packed the field of the lively race with some incredible support.
The championships take place on Saturday 19th November at Monmouth Showground. We’d like to congratulate the men and women representing the seniors and masters teams and wish them the very best on race day!
