Cosmeston Relay Race

The hugely popular summer baton relay race in the picturesque setting of Cosmeston Lakes Country Park is back for another year!

  • Race Start: 7pm
  • Race entry: £21 per team of 3 (£7 per runner)
  • Distance: 3 miles (approx) per runner

Masters runners are able to run in a category below their age category (for example, a Masters 45-54 runner can run in a 35-44 or Seniors team)

Welsh Road Relay Championships

2025 date to be confirmed!

The Welsh Road Relay Championships is a popular relay race in Pembrey Country Park. It’s all on tarmac and mostly flat with one short hill.

A huge well done to all our athletes who took part in this years race! Keep a eye out for the announcement of next years event!

All runners must be a first claim member of Port Talbot Harriers and wear the white PTH diagonal stripe vest/t-shirt only as it’s a championship race.
