Port Talbot Harriers are part of the West Wales region and all runners who take part in the Gwent XC League are considered for selection to represent West Wales in the Inter-Regional XC Championships every year.
Welsh Inter Regional Cross Country Championships
Congratulations to our runners up for selection to represent West Wales at the Inter Regional Cross Country Championships in Monmouth.
The top 15 runners (in each age group and gender) from West Wales clubs who took part in Fixture 1 of the Gwent XC League have been chosen to represent West Wales at the Welsh Inter Regional Cross Country Championships on Saturday 16th November in Newtown.
An email has been sent to those selected. If you are outside of the top 15 and wish to be considered as a reserve please email Rob Campion to be added to the potential reserves list and be considered for selection.

The West Wales Cross Country Championships date has been confirmed. The West Wales Cross Country Championships will take place in the West Region at Pembrey Country Park on Saturday 12th October 2024 – at the John H Collins Gwent Cross Country League 1.
